heart attack does not always present with the classic signs of severe chest pain, shortness of breath, or cold sweats. Some individuals may experience only mild discomfort or even no symptoms at all. This type of event is known as a
silent heart attack, or medically termed as silent ischemia, which is a condition where there is a lack of oxygen to the
heart muscle without the person being aware of it. Silent heart attacks can be detected later through tests such as an electrocardiogram (ECG) that may reveal changes indicative of previous heart damage.
