Regarding Raichu, it does not have a Mega Evolution form in the core series games. Mega Evolution is not available to all Pokémon, and the developers of the games choose specific Pokémon to receive this ability. While many Electric-type Pokémon have received Mega Evolutions, Raichu has not been one of them.

However, in the Pokémon GO game, there is a feature called Temporary Mega Evolution, which allows certain Pokémon to Mega Evolve during specific events or battles. As of my last knowledge update, Raichu was not among the Pokémon that could undergo Temporary Mega Evolution in Pokémon GO.
