Huntington's Disease: An inherited disorder that results in the degeneration of brain cells, Huntington's disease can cause memory loss, mood swings, and motor disturbances.

Parkinson's Disease: While primarily a movement disorder, Parkinson's can also lead to cognitive impairment and memory loss, particularly in the later stages of the disease.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI): Severe head injuries can cause damage to the brain that results in memory loss and other cognitive issues.

Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH): This condition is characterized by the buildup of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain, which can lead to a decline in cognitive function, including memory loss.

Chronic Alcohol Abuse: Long-term alcohol abuse can lead to a condition called Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, which includes severe memory loss.

Neurosyphilis: A late-stage infection of the brain caused by the bacterium that leads to syphilis, neurosyphilis can cause memory loss and other cognitive impairments.

Encephalitis: Inflammation of the brain caused by a viral or bacterial infection can lead to memory loss and other cognitive deficits.

HIV-Associated Dementia (HAD): In the advanced stages of HIV, the virus can affect the brain, leading to cognitive decline and memory loss.

Nutritional Deficiencies: Lack of essential nutrients, such as vitamin B12, can lead to anemia and neurological problems, including memory loss.

Thyroid Disorders: Both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism can affect cognitive function and lead to memory loss.

Meniere's Disease: This inner ear disorder can cause not only hearing loss but also cognitive symptoms like memory loss.

Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy: This condition involves the deposition of amyloid in the blood vessels of the brain, which can lead to cognitive decline and memory loss.
