**How to Block MAC Addresses on Your ASUS Router**
**Step 1: Log In to Your Router's Web Interface**
* Open a
web browser and type the
IP address of your router into the address bar. The default IP address for most ASUS routers is
192.168.1.1.
* Enter the
username and
password for your router. The default username is usually
admin and the default password is usually
password.
**Step 2: Find the MAC Address Filtering Section**
* Once you are logged in to your router's web interface, click on the
"Wireless" tab.
* On the "Wireless" page, click on the
"MAC Filter" sub-tab.
Step 3: Enable MAC Address Filtering* On the "MAC Filter" page, check the box next to
"Enable MAC Address Filtering".
* This will enable MAC address filtering on your router.
**Step 4: Add MAC Addresses to the Block List**
* Enter the
MAC address of the device you want to block in the "MAC Address" field.
* Click on the
"Add" button to add the MAC address to the block list.
Step 5: Save Your Settings* Once you have added all of the MAC addresses you want to block, click on the
"Apply" button to save your settings.
**Your router will now block all traffic from devices with the MAC addresses that you have specified.**
