1. Ensure Device Compatibility:Before you begin, ensure that both your phone and Samsung Smart TV are compatible. Most Samsung Smart TVs released after 2018 support
Screen Mirroring, which allows you to wirelessly display your phone's screen on the TV. To check if your TV is compatible, refer to your TV's user manual or visit Samsung's official website.
2. Enable Screen Mirroring on Your TV:On your Samsung Smart TV, navigate to the
Settings menu. Select
General, then
External Device Manager, and finally
Screen Mirroring. Ensure that the
Screen Mirroring option is
turned on.
**3. Connect Your Phone to the TV's Wi-Fi Network:**
Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your Samsung Smart TV. This will allow your phone to communicate with the TV and establish a connection.
**4. Initiate Screen Mirroring on Your Phone:**
Android Phones: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the
Quick Settings menu. Tap the
Screen Cast or
Smart View icon. A list of available devices will appear; select your Samsung Smart TV.
iOS Phones: Open the
Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Tap the
Screen Mirroring icon and select your Samsung Smart TV.
5. Accept the Connection Request:Once your phone initiates the screen mirroring request, a notification will appear on your Samsung Smart TV screen. Select
Allow to establish the connection.
