3. Menu Magic: Navigate to the "Menu" option within the eShop. You'll find it in the top left corner of the screen.


4. Download History: Within the menu, you'll see an option called "Your Downloads". Select it to see a list of all the software you've previously downloaded on that 3DS.


5. Bank Bonanza!: If you downloaded Pokémon Bank before, it should be right there waiting for you. Tap on the Pokémon Bank icon to start the redownload.

Option 2: Funds Transfer & a Friend

Didn't download Pokémon Bank before the eShop closed? Don't worry, there's still a glimmer of hope! You'll need:

* A friend with a Nintendo 3DS and Pokémon Bank already downloaded (they're a real pal, aren't they?)
* Enough funds in your Nintendo Account wallet, or a linked credit card, to purchase Pokémon Bank.

Here's the game plan:


1. Funds Transfer: Transfer enough funds to your Nintendo Account to cover the cost of Pokémon Bank. You can do this through the Nintendo website or directly on your 3DS.


2. System Settings: Go into your 3DS System Settings (the wrench icon).


3. Nintendo Network ID: Select "Nintendo Network ID" and then choose "Link Nintendo Network ID".


4. Friend Connection: Link your Nintendo Network ID to your friend's 3DS.


5. eShop Switch: Access the eShop on your friend's 3DS. Since their system has Pokémon Bank downloaded, you'll be able to redownload it to your 3DS even though the eShop is closed!

Important Notes:

* Annual Fee: Remember, Pokémon Bank isn't free! It has a yearly fee of $4.99 to access all its features.
* Transfer Limitations: While Pokémon Bank facilitates transfers between various Pokémon games, it's crucial to check compatibility. Not all Pokémon games can transfer to and from Pokémon Bank.
