How to Reset an iPhone 5sStep 1: Back up your dataBefore you reset your iPhone 5s, it is important to back up your data. This will ensure that you don't lose any important information. You can back up your data to iCloud or to a computer using iTunes.
To back up your data to
iCloud, go to
Settings > iCloud > Backup. Then, tap
Back Up Now.
