Head to Pokemon Village and run all the way to the river on the left. Surf across the water and head north until you reach the waterfall. Don't ride up the waterfall and instead jump off onto dry land on your right, walking until you reach a cave entrance. Enter the cave to find Mewtwo standing right in the center.read more >>
